Participants can register for Day 1 of the Conference on Opportunity, Diversity, and Equity for $250 without purchasing Day 2 (Day 2 - Oct. 2). If you plan on attending both days, register through the link below to receive a $100 discount.
Last year, 95 percent of attendees said they would attend this event again. This year, The CODE Conference has expanded into two days and added exciting new components to maximize the experience even further.

- Workshops: Industry leaders and DEI specialists will share practical insights and engage participants with interactive one-hour sessions focusing on two critical topics:
- Inclusive Hiring, Retention, and Employee Well-being: strategies to foster inclusivity in hiring, enhance retention through supportive workplace environments, and promote employee well-being for sustained satisfaction
- Policy, Strategy, Advocacy/Buy-In: Dive into the development of inclusive policies and strategies that advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within organizations. Discuss effective advocacy techniques to drive meaningful cultural change
- Interactive Discussions: Facilitate conversations sharing insights, challenges, and successful initiatives in fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) within various organizations
- Networking Opportunities: Provide networking opportunities for collaboration, idea-sharing, and relationship-building among attendees
- Consultant Experience: Participants will be able to schedule 30-minute consultation sessions to delve into discussions about their workplace culture and explore opportunities for improvement

Reservations are due Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 11:59 PM. No refunds or cancellations will be granted after this date.
