Participants can register for Day 1 of the Conference on Opportunity, Diversity, and Equity for $250 without purchasing Day 2 (Day 2 - Oct. 2). If you plan on attending both days, register through the link below to receive a $100 discount.

• Workshops: Industry leaders and DEI specialists will share practical insights and engage participants with interactive one-hour sessions focusing on two critical topics:
  
  
• Inclusive Hiring, Retention, and Employee Well-being: strategies to foster inclusivity in hiring, enhance retention through supportive workplace environments, and promote employee well-being for sustained satisfaction
• Policy, Strategy, Advocacy/Buy-In: Dive into the development of inclusive policies and strategies that advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within organizations. Discuss effective advocacy techniques to drive meaningful cultural change
• Interactive Discussions: Facilitate conversations sharing insights, challenges, and successful initiatives in fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) within various organizations
  
  
• Networking Opportunities: Provide networking opportunities for collaboration, idea-sharing, and relationship-building among attendees
  
  
• Consultant Experience: Participants will be able to schedule 30-minute consultation sessions to delve into discussions about their workplace culture and explore opportunities for improvement
