Developing a robust measurement strategy is beneficial for businesses of all sizes, regardless of whether they are just getting started on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts or have been investing in it for years. We will walk through the employee lifecycle and identify important data to collect at each decision-making point to ensure equity exists in structures and processes from sourcing through separation. This presentation will demonstrate how data can illuminate next steps for DEI investment by identifying where successes exist that can be replicated and where barriers exist that can be mitigated.
