On May 1, 2021, I began a new adventure by forming a law firm after 23 years as a partner at Husch Blackwell LLP. I am excited to continue working with a select group of clients as outside general counsel and utilizing my many years of experience to provide a more engaged and value added service to clients. It is time for something new!

I formerly led Husch Blackwell's Real Estate Private Equity, Joint Ventures and Investment Funds practice. Husch Blackwell is a nationwide corporate firm with more than 700 attorneys. I also previously served as a principal in a real estate private equity firm. I have in depth operational, real estate transactional, joint venture, fund formation and compliance experience.
