Omaha Downtown Improvement District Association (ODIDA) works to support a clean, green, safe, active, and thriving Downtown Omaha. Through services, projects, partnerships, communication, and advocacy, ODIDA works with Downtown property owners, businesses, residents, the City of Omaha, and community partners to strengthen public spaces, coordinate resources, and enhance the Downtown experience for everyone who lives, works, visits, and invests here.

Omaha Downtown Improvement District Association (ODIDA) works to support a clean, green, safe, active, and thriving Downtown Omaha. ODIDA provides supplemental services, projects, communication, advocacy, and stakeholder coordination that enhance Downtown’s public spaces and overall experience. 

Through partnerships with property owners, businesses, residents, the City of Omaha, and community organizations, ODIDA helps address Downtown needs, connect resources, support activation, and strengthen the urban core.
