LifeSkills Connection Inc. is a family and veteran owned business, with a mission to create change and add value to individuals and organizations. They operate Job Corps’ contracts for the Department of Labor and Forest Service around the nation. Job Corps is a program that offers education and vocational training to young people, ages 16-24. These programs provide training for meaningful careers and assist with obtaining and maintaining employment. In addition, the Forest Service combines the traditional Job Corps program with an opportunity to serve rural America, while gaining the skills required to conserve the nation’s natural resources. LifeSkills provides career services, outreach, admissions, and placement to the following Job Corps’ programs: Little Rock, North Texas, Flint-Genesee, Detroit, Mingo, Pine Ridge, and Blackwell.
