Josh Waltjer joined the Firm in March of 2021. Josh received his B.A. in Political Science in 2016 from the University of Nebraska where he was a Chancellor's Scholarship recipient and served as Vice President of the student body. Josh attended law school at the University of Nebraska, where he held leadership roles with several student organizations such as the Nebraska Moot Court Executive Board and Student Bar Association. Josh also competed on Nebraska’s National Moot Court and Regional Client Counseling teams. He was selected to the Order of the Barristers, an award recognizing excellence in oral advocacy. Josh graduated with distinction in May of 2020.

Josh has prior experience with civil litigation, workers’ compensation benefits, and personal injury law. He utilizes his strong communication and writing skills to quickly identify client needs and recommend the best course of legal action. His practice at Voegele Anson focuses on dispute resolution and civil litigation.
