Habitat for Humanity of Omaha Expands Executive Team
As Its Sustained Impact in Area Communities Continues
Construction, Programs and Communications added to Existing Financial and Development Officer Roles
Habitat for Humanity of Omaha announced it is expanding its executive team to focus on the depth and breadth of expertise to facilitate the organization’s sustained impact in its five-county area.
Three department directors have been elevated to chief officers in critical areas of Habitat Omaha. They are:
Andrew Lier, Chief Construction Officer
Tracie McPherson, Chief Communications Officer
Lacey Studnicka, Chief Programs Officer
As officers in the organization, they will join Amanda Brewer, CEO, John Haske, Chief Development Officer and Christine Tjelmeland, Chief Financial Officer.
“Habitat Omaha has had significant, sustainable impact the last several years, and these individuals are instrumental leaders in driving our success,” Brewer said. “It is important for us to invest in their leadership and the future success of our important work in addressing affordable housing needs in our area.”
In 2023, Habitat Omaha set records for homes built or rehabilitated, families receiving financial counseling to qualify to become mortgage-ready, and families served through clinics to properly transfer their homes to the next generation.
