Aaron D. Adams joined Goosmann Law Firm in January 2020. He has over 18 years of experience in-house at organizations of various sizes and industries such as TSYS Merchant Solutions, LLC, First National Bank of Omaha, and University of Maryland Medical Center. Adams helps clients within the financial services, quick service restaurants, healthcare practices, cryptocurrency, retail, manufacturing, and commercial industries resolve problems involving, day to day management of their companies, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, entity formation, privacy policies, customer and vendor agreements, employee documentation, nondisclosure and non-compete agreements, contractual disputes, copyright, patent, and trademark matters. His commitment to delivering tailored solutions and his ability to anticipate and mitigate potential legal challenges has earned him the respect and admiration of both his colleagues and clients.

Kelly Henry Turner, who joined Goosmann Law Firm in January 2022, has over 20 years of experience in employment, commercial law matters, guardianship, conservatorship, and business transactions. She is committed to achieving favorable results for her clients and providing them with the highest level of representation. Throughout her career Turner has successfully represented individuals, families, and institutions in a variety of complex legal disputes, employing her knowledge to develop strategic approaches and advocates for her client’s’ interest in court. She is a skilled litigator with a strong background in litigation, business law matters, and probate administration. Turner’s knowledge of business and employment law, coupled with her understanding of probate administration, allows her to provide comprehensive guidance and representation to clients facing a wide range of legal challenges. Additionally, she has a robust mediation practice where her goal is to help clients diffuse conflicts, identify the proper course of action, and reach constructive outcomes, facilitating productive discussions and assisting parties in finding mutually beneficial resolutions.

Matthew Dunning joined Goosmann Law Firm in January 2022; with over three decades of experience in the field, Dunning has proven himself as a highly skilled employment law attorney. Dunning has defended employers from discrimination and harassment claims in Iowa and Nebraska courts and in administrative proceedings in multiple states; Dunning has argued before the federal Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Nebraska Supreme Court. Business leaders consult with Dunning on workplace matters, complex disputes, and employment agreements involving restrictive covenants such as confidentiality, noncompete, and nonsolicitation provisions. The services Dunning offers assists employers in exiting employees with employment transition agreements, reductions in force and associated severance and release agreements; Dunning also represents executives and licensed individuals when they are negotiating agreements and terms of resignation as part of changing employers or making the decision to go into business for themselves. Dunning’s dedication is evident in the outstanding work he has done for his clients.
