Two industry leaders combine forces to help more people safely enjoy the water.

Omaha, NE (June 11, 2021) — Nebraska-based Diventures, the nation’s largest and fastest-growing swim and scuba center, announced a transformational expansion, with the acquisition of Atlanta, Georgia based SeaVentures.

“We’re excited our aggressive growth plans brought us to the southeast and to Atlanta.” says Dean Hollis, founder of Diventures. “I have always had tremendous admiration and respect for how Beverly, Wyatt, Chelsea, and the SeaVentures team built such a successful business over the last 30 years, by putting the customer first. Working together, we are now able to build on our shared dedication to safety and fun in the water and help many more people find a safe and deeper connection with the water.”

Diventures will continue to operate out of the existing SeaVentures location at 2880 Holcomb Bridge Road, in Alpharetta, but intends to aggressively expand in Atlanta and surrounding areas, with state-of-the-art facilities, offering world-class aquatics programs and services; including swim lessons, scuba lessons, equipment and service, and worldwide group and private travel experiences.
