Rachel began her career as an Accounting & Finance Staffing Assistant, metrics reporting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination. She progressed into the role of Staffing Specialist, where she expanded her responsibilities to include candidate compliance and payroll and invoicing support.

In her current role as Senior Staffing Specialist, Rachel now oversees the full end‑to‑end candidate onboarding experience, including employment verification, background and drug screenings, I‑9 and E‑Verify completion, and detailed reporting. Her work supports a wide range of specialties, including Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, Executive & Engineering, Office & Administrative, and Industrial & Manufacturing.
