Meredith and Jeff Erickson, owners of City Wide Facility Solutions in Omaha, won the “Platinum Market” award during the company’s 20^th annual franchise convention in Tampa Bay, Florida.

This “Platinum Market” recognition was earned by Meredith and Jeff and their team for exceeding expectations in areas of gross revenue, retention, being in good standing with the franchisor, positively contributing to the system, and making charitable contributions (time, money, and goods) to their local community. Over the past 12 months, the office exceeded $2 million dollars in gross revenue growth with a client retention rate of 92%.

The entire City Wide system came together in-person to rally around the word “Believe” as the company looks towards a new future – becoming a billion-dollar company by 2026. Troy Hartman, formerly the COO, was promoted to President during the conference for assisting the company in increasing systemwide revenue by $123 million year-over-year. Collectively, City Wide Facility Solutions serves 21,000 clients across North America, works with more than 7,000 independent companies to execute the facility services, and raised more than $600,000 in charitable giving contributions.
