The Vice President of Non-Profit/Advocacy plays a pivotal role in our leadership team, embodying comprehensive, 360-degree leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset tailored for the nonprofit and advocacy sectors. This position requires an innovative individual who connects their personal success directly to the success of their initiatives, holding themselves accountable for outcomes. In this dynamic role, the majority of your time will be split between team leadership and business development. You'll oversee daily operations of our Non-Profit/Advocacy team, providing support, coaching and training. Collaborating closely with the COO, CEO and senior leadership, you'll help set and achieve strategic company goals. You'll also manage all financial aspects of your business unit, including preparing reports and handling budgets and financial plans.
On the business development side, you'll seek out new opportunities, implement growth strategies and leverage your industry expertise and network to drive the company forward. Once new business is secured, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional client services to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $156,000 base (Due to the significant business development scope of this role, additional performance-based compensation will be considered along with our standard annual bonus program)
This position can also be remote or based in our Lincoln, NE headquarters.
