2025 ICAN Women's Leadership Conference: Own Your Value!
2025 will mark the 32nd Annual ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference on April 16 — an insightful and authentic look into the leadership trends evolving today’s workplace. Over 3,000 women and men representing 350+ companies from all over the United States meet in Omaha, Nebraska and virtually each year for education, inspiration and networking. Our conference is the premiere opportunity for a day of powerful leadership development. Attendees note their top two objectives in attending are to expand knowledge and gain inspiration — and that’s what we deliver. Bringing together the experience and knowledge of thought leaders from around the globe, our conference provides the tools and education to evolve leaders and help them thrive within their organizations and in all aspects of life.
This year, we’ll explore ways in which women can embrace their value and transform their own career, raising up fellow women leaders along the way. We will highlight the barriers that exist for many women in their leadership journey — like pay inequity, imposter syndrome and the confidence gap — and how to overcome them. ICAN will showcase expert speakers to help us discover and embrace our value and worth as women leaders, offering key strategies to exert our influence and make an impact. When we know our value, we are empowered to navigate our careers more effectively, advocate for ourselves and others, and contribute meaningfully to our workplaces. It’s not just important for women — it’s essential for creating diverse, inclusive and thriving work environments everywhere.
The 2025 speaker line-up includes ICAN President & CEO Aileen Warren, Maggie McGrath of ForbesWomen, Julie Brown (returning favorite!), Casey Brown, local CEOs Javier Fernandez (OPPD) and Denise McCauley (WoodmenLife), Author Heather R. Younger, and Journalist/Financial Editor Jean Chatzky.
ICAN is honored to host this world-class leadership development event on April 16 right here in Omaha and inspire leaders and organizations of all kinds — you don’t want to miss it.
