YP WEEK EVENT | Stress Busters 101 at UNO

Description

In today's fast-paced world, stress is an almost inevitable part of life, particularly for young professionals navigating the demands of their careers and personal lives. 

We have partnered with UNO to provide this session to decrease stress!

Description: Learn quick and easy techniques to keep yourself calm, focused and destressed throughout your day at work. Participants will take away safe and effective movements, breathing exercises, and mindfulness tools that can be done at your desk, and take only minutes (or less) to do.

UNO will also be leading tours of the facilities and offering a discount on membership to the H&K Wellness Center at UNO for those who attend!
