YP WEEK EVENT | Pump It Up at UNO

Description

In today's fast-paced world, stress is an almost inevitable part of life, particularly for young professionals navigating the demands of their careers and personal lives. 

We have partnered with UNO to provide this fun fitness course to increase endorphins and decrease stress!

Class Description: Get your cardio and strength training all in one with this 45-minute upbeat class. The class consists of various strength training circuits to hit each muscle group, while increasing your heart rate with short cardio intervals. Guaranteed to leave you feeling pumped up!

UNO will also be leading tours of the facilities and offering a discount on membership to the H&K Wellness Center at UNO for those who attend!
