WEBINAR: FDA Guidance Regarding PPE and Hand Sanitizer Production in Response to COVID-19
Tuesday, May 19, 2020 (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) (CDT)
Description
The FDA has temporarily reduced the regulatory requirements that apply to most personal protective equipment (PPE) and sanitizers in response to the COVID-19 epidemic. Husch Blackwell attorneys Kate Dickenson, Seth Mailhot, Grant Leach, and Dave Lopez have teamed up with the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce on a webinar providing an overview of the FDA’s recent actions regarding PPE and sanitizers for any business considering production of these items.
The State of Nebraska recently partnered with the Nebraska Manufacturing Extension Partnership to connect Nebraska manufacturers who can produce PPE with the medical community. If you are interested in contributing to this effort but want to know more about the current regulatory landscape, we hope you will join us for a webinar on Tuesday, May 19th, at 10 a.m. to learn more about the US Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) guidance regarding PPE and sanitizers.
Presenters: Kate Dickenson, Senior Counsel Seth Mailhot, Partner Grant Leach, Partner Dave Lopez, Associate
Who Should Attend: C-suite executives, business owners, general counsel, senior managers and other manufacturing and distribution professionals.
