VIRTUAL EVENT: Happy Hour with the Douglas County Health Department

Starting a food business is daunting. What's even more daunting is navigating the necessary licensing when starting up. In partnership with the Douglas County Health Department, Happy Hour with the Health Department is an informal opportunity to learn more about food safety and regulations. Hear about the various types of licensing from catering to food trucks to small-scale manufacturing. Additionally, we'll discuss what to expect with the application process, timeline, and inspections. Grab a beverage of choice and join us on Zoom to ask your burning questions.
