Asking employees to “bring your best self to work” is a thing of the past. As times change, we have learned it’s nearly impossible to leave parts of your life at the door when you enter the workplace. Everyday struggles such as finances, relationships, health, and/or mental health can easily occupy an employee’s mind and keep them from being fully mentally or physically present at work.
