Join the Greater Omaha Chamber as we celebrate this year's POWER Awards winners: organizations making meaningful investments in their people and workplace culture. Guided by our POWER Framework (People, Opportunity, Workforce, Excellence, and Retention), these honorees represent the best of what's happening in workforce development across the Greater Omaha region.

The afternoon will include a recognition ceremony honoring this year's award recipients, followed by a panel discussion featuring award-winning organizations sharing the strategies, programs, and best practices behind their success. Attendees will leave with practical insights they can apply within their own organizations, along with the chance to connect with fellow business and workforce leaders.

The POWER Awards features: Kathy Headley, SVP of Director of Organizational Experience from ACCESSbank, Keisha Thomas, VP of Human Resources from North End Teleservices, Denise McCauley, President & CEO from WoodmenLife, Paul Fraynd, CEO from Sun Valley Landscaping, and Cam Ostwinkle, Director of Marketing from JC Toland Painting.

Aimee Gibson, Founder of Bravejoy Leadership and Shari Collins, CEO of Shari Collins Consulting will be moderating the panel.
