Keele Taylor, SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, Greater Omaha Chamber

Keele Taylor is a talent maximizer who has dedicated the last 20 years of her career in HR Management to guiding complex leadership teams, revamping retention strategies, and enhancing talent development for the purpose of achieving positive workforce transformation. Taylor currently serves as Senior VP, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Nebraska’s Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and is the owner and operator of HRMinded Consulting Services, LLC.  Her senior leadership experience extends across multiple industries to include healthcare, information technology, retail, manufacturing, insurance, hospitality, and non-profit.

Passionate about all competencies of Human Resources, Taylor keeps her knowledge and experience relevant and up-to-date by providing employment law and HR strategy advice to clients throughout the Midwest and along the West Coast.  Workplace safety and wellbeing is a special focus for Taylor as she is an Authorized OSHA Trainer (providing OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour certifications), and sits as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Safety Council of Nebraska and Methodist Hospital’s Women Connect.

As a certified Seminar Management Trainer, Taylor began facilitating workforce development and leadership seminars in 2018.  As a Trainer for Fred Pryor Seminars, Taylor travels to Canada and various states in the U.S. to facilitate workshops on Worker’s Compensation, Payroll Law, Employment Law, OSHA and a complete Leadership/Management portfolio of topics.  Taylor is also a Certified Executive Strengths Coach for Gallup who enjoys providing leadership coaching for small businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals looking to better position their careers.

An experienced HR professional in every sense, and passionate about client relations as well as transformational results, Taylor is always looking for opportunities to share her knowledge with others.  It is a unique mix for a senior HR leader to double as a training facilitator.  With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Development, Taylor’s expertise and passion for staff development and HR Management is more than a marketable skillset; it is a way to give back and to influence positive change in tomorrow’s workplace.


Ralph Kellogg, Vice President, People & Training, Lutheran Family Services

Ralph Kellogg serves as the Vice President for People and Training at Lutheran Family Services. Mr. Kellogg has over twenty years in the areas of human resources and “people management and leadership”.

Mr. Kellogg received a B.S. in Business Administration from Creighton University in 1992. He obtained an MBA from Bellevue University in 2002, and an M.S. in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton University in 2009. In 2012 Mr. Kellogg received a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University earning cum-lade designation.

Mr. Kellogg holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), as well as the Senior Certified Professional (SCP) in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Kellogg also works as an Adjunct Instructor at Bellevue University where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Resources. Additionally, Kellogg also works with the Human Resources Association of the Midlands (HRAM) where he provides instruction to HR professionals seeking professional designations.

Kellogg has had several articles published on Forbes.com. Kellogg also contributes articles to the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) blog.

Kellogg has his own consulting firm, Connections Points Consulting, specializing in Human Resources. Kellogg also coaches individuals and teams using the DiSC psychometric tool which focuses on understanding one’s self, approaches to leadership, recognizing potential biases, recognizing stressors, and leaning into work that promotes joy and fulfillment.

Kellogg works at as keynote speaker and workshop presenter. In 2022, Kellogg was a keynote speaker for McLean and Company on the topic of employee well-being. Kellogg also presented at TEDx Omaha and spoke on the topic of normalizing mental health conversations in the workplace. Kellogg as also spoken at the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands Annual Summit, as well as the Society for Human Resources of Nebraska State Conference Annual Meeting.
