REACH Connect: Partner Spotlight with SPARK

The REACH Connect Series is designed to highlight the expertise and resources of our valued partners while fostering connections between small and emerging businesses (SEBs) across industries—including construction, professional services, manufacturing, and more. Each session will feature an industry leader, service provider, or procurement expert who plays a vital role in supporting SEBs through contracting, technical assistance, and capacity-building opportunities.

These interactive discussions provide business owners with valuable insights on industry trends, procurement strategies, and available resources, helping them navigate challenges and seize new opportunities. As part of our ongoing work, these sessions align with REACH’s mission to ensure SEBs have the tools, education, and connections needed to grow, compete, and succeed in their respective industries.

In this session, we will highlight SPARK and discuss key opportunities for both job seekers and small businesses, including:

✅ Overview Of Developer Academy Program – Spark will present an overview of their Developer Academy program, an intensive course designed to help emerging real estate developers learn the ins and outs of development and build a professional network to help them succeed. 
✅ Deep Dive, BUILD and social gatherings  –  Spark will also cover additional educational offerings, including the Deep Dive, BUILD and social gatherings, along with their annual conference and co-Development Apprenticeship opportunities. Key takeaways include access to professional development and training in real estate development and an understanding of how Spark can help support emerging developers.
