This two-hour evening workshop is meant to give new food entrepreneurs a general overview of the legal landscape and risks that affects their business. Topics will include a survey of key regulations and potential liability issues. Other areas covered briefly will be contracts, insurance, taxes, labeling and establishing your business. It is a great opportunity for food entrepreneurs to hear an expert's perspective and ask questions of a prominent and very experienced food business attorney, Sandra Morar, JD.

She represents clients across all consumer product categories, with a specialty in the food, dietary supplement and restaurant industries, interfacing with the FDA, USDA, Consumer Product Safety Division, the FTC, Office of Inspector General and EPA, as well as state and local agencies.
