Leadership Skills Workshop

Description

This three hour interactive workshop will provide you with practical tools to use and ways to improve communication and productivity. 

Participants will complete a couple of self-evaluation exercises, learn important communication skills, and delve into the costs of miscommunication. We'll also explore a powerful technique for creating consensus, uncover issues to address in the workplace, and discuss ways to positively deal with stress and motivation.

This complimentary workshop will be led by James Mackiewicz of Crestom-NE. It will provide a sampling from Crestcom's larger development program. James has over 15 years experience helping business owners and managers develop useable skills to be better leaders of people.
