Thursday, June 26, 2025 8:30 AM - Friday, June 27, 2025 3:30 PM (CDT)

Description

This is a Leadership Lab Deep Dive workshop. Previous participation in Leadership Lab Foundations is highly recommended, but not required. The next Foundations workshop is July 24-25

Lead from Within: Build Inner Strength to Navigate Outer Challenges.

Great leadership starts from the inside out. To grow as a leader, you must first understand what drives your behavior, how you navigate conflict, and where your greatest potential lies. This workshop offers a transformative two-day experience designed to help professionals build emotional intelligence, strengthen self-awareness, and lead with greater authenticity.

Through immersive activities, reflective dialogue, and practical frameworks, you’ll explore the root of your reactive patterns, uncover the strengths and liabilities of your leadership “shadow,” and gain powerful tools for addressing conflict with confidence and clarity.

Day 1: Understanding the Inner Architecture of Leadership

Day one invites participants to step into a space of deep self-inquiry. Through interactive activities and guided discussions, attendees will examine the foundational inner structures that shape how they show up as leaders. Concepts such as reactive patterns, core beliefs, and internal narratives are explored—not as weaknesses to fix, but as opportunities to grow. The day closes with a powerful exploration of the “shadow” side of leadership—those hidden drivers that influence behavior—and a guided reflection designed to foster insight and curiosity.

Day 2: Conflict as a Catalyst for Growth

Day two focuses on navigating conflict with integrity and clarity. Participants will learn to recognize how their personal wiring influences their response to tension and confrontation. Using experiential tools, such as role play, metaphor-based exercises, and real-world scenarios, the group will explore how to transform conflict from something to avoid into something to hold with skill. The workshop also introduces frameworks from adult development theory and interpersonal neurobiology to help participants understand the deeper “why” behind reactive behaviors. The day concludes with space for participants to integrate their learning, articulate their personal leadership commitments, and leave with a practical plan to apply their insights in both personal and professional arenas.
