Have you ever wondered how to make a great mashed potato? We’ve got the secret recipe from Chef Around the Block. Start your weekend right with a mix and mash up. 

Hear from Chef Dan on what it’s like to start a food business during a pandemic followed by a demo on how to whip up that memorable mashed potato. Then, sample his unique chicken and waffles stuffed with mashed potatoes and drizzled with maple syrup. There will be plenty of time to mingle with other foodies as we round out the event by grabbing a beverage (compliments of Kitchen Council) at McCormick’s 1894, located within the Hoff Center.
