Join us as we celebrate the opening of one of three Incident Command Centers for Fiserv, and one of only two in the US (New Jersey and India are the other two). Fiserv Incident Command Center (FICC) is the organization responsible for coordinating the response to major technology and service incidents. When a critical system goes down or a problem threatens payment processing, online banking, financial transaction flows or other client services, the command center helps identify the issue, mobilize the right technical teams, prioritize resources, communicate across the organization and restore service as quickly as possible. Fiserv specifically references expertise in transaction authorization, funding and settlement, online banking, networks, computing platforms and data infrastructure. The work operates in a command-center environment with 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
