Mark Your Calendars for the upcoming Employer Coalition Meeting! Our first meeting of 2023 will be January 19th! We will be talking about Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the workplace through Arts and Culture! Learn about upcoming cultural events happening in Omaha and what kinds of programing you can offer at your organization. 

Our guest speaker Bianca Harley, VP of Human Capital and Inclusion at Omaha Performing Arts, will be sharing with us resources and potential events you could offer at your organizations.

Bianca has been serving as a champion for IDEA work for over a decade. She currently serves as Vice President, Human Capital and Inclusion at Omaha Performing Arts where she approaches her day to day with a people first approach prioritizing the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) work to enable the organization to cultivate an inclusive environment that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices   of our staff, patrons, performers, and, community.
