Description
Led by Courtney Baughman and Nicole Partusch, this session explores practical ways to support English Language Learners in the workplace. Attendees will discover local tools and resources—including Learning for ALL's English for the Workforce program—hear firsthand from instructors and learners about their language journeys on the job, and even try completing workplace tasks in a foreign language themselves.
Participants will leave with concrete strategies to bridge language gaps within their own organizations and help amplify the voices and skills of their multilingual workforce.
