Employer Coalition (POWER Series) - Leading with Unshakable Values
Monday, December 1, 2025 (1:00 PM - 2:30 PM) (CST)
Description
In this interactive session presented by Aimee Gibson, participants will discuss their idea of culture and the values they hold, and how they define and rank them. Well identified, defined and ranked values bring POWER to us as individuals and leaders. When our personal values are well-defined and effectively communicated, we lead ourselves more effectively enabling us to lead others more effectively. When we lead consistently and unshakably, we build a culture that is resilient, adaptive, and trust-worthy. When teams understand each other's personal values, they develop deeper empathy and trust which is especially needed in uncertain and unstable times. Shared values builds teams that are honest, open, and loyal. These teams, therefore organizations, create - and can maintain - a strong sense of belonging and commitment which results in greater retention. Participants will walk away with the leadership tools provided by Aimee to increase employee retention and build stronger teams within their organization.
