Attendees will engage in a four-part virtual leadership training designed to enhance hiring practices, retention, and workplace culture using personality scoring, cultural assessments, and psychology. Led by an expert in organizational psychology, professional counseling, and diversity and inclusion, this training will provide practical strategies for leveraging assessment findings to improve team dynamics, communication, and decision-making processes.

Session One: Participants will receive a detailed review of their pre-completed psychological, cultural, and personality assessments. The session will cover how to use these insights for effective team building, hiring, and project assignments. Focus groups will be formed based on assessment results, fostering collaboration and deeper understanding. Participants will set personal and collective goals to guide the training.

Session Two: The focus will be on applying assessment insights to enhance hiring and recruiting. Strategies will be provided for identifying top candidates and improving team dynamics. Effective communication techniques will also be covered, along with developing tools for onboarding, applications, and interviews to improve workplace culture and inclusivity.

Session Three: Building on previous sessions, participants will engage in structured focus groups to address key areas for improvement. The session will introduce mindfulness techniques to enhance self-awareness and decision-making. Interactive activities will focus on improving retention, onboarding, and team collaboration, and addressing biases that affect workplace culture.

Session Four: The final session will involve role-playing exercises and live demonstrations to practice applying assessment insights in hiring, team building, and communication. The session will include continued mindfulness practice and provide guidance on ethical practices. Participants will receive recommendations for ongoing development and strategies to sustain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

By the end of the training, attendees will be equipped with the tools and knowledge to effectively use assessment findings to improve various organizational processes. The inclusion of mindfulness practices and role-playing exercises will ensure practical application in real-world scenarios.
