Biography for Keisha

Keisha Thomas, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources, Employee, and Community Relations at North End Teleservices LLC, bringing over nine years of experience to the role. Her previous positions include Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Project Manager, where she specialized in strategic HR consulting, department development, and recruitment. Keisha also sits on the Board of Directors for Heartland Workforce Solutions, where she is the Vice Chair and leads the Workforce Innovation and Strategy Committee.

Biography for Rebecca

Rebecca Crawford, SHRM-CP has been managing employee benefits at Children's since February 2022, overseeing retirement plans, tuition assistance, financial wellbeing programs, and ACA compliance. She is also the owner of Commonwealth Business Solutions, focusing on HR strategies and employee engagement. Her previous roles include HR Benefits Specialist at Medical Solutions, Executive Administrative Director at Ambassadors Worship Center, and Human Resources Specialist at Union Pacific Railroad. Rebecca's extensive HR experience spans benefits administration, recruitment, and developing HR programs that support employee growth and organizational efficiency.

Biography for Chad

Chad Mares is the Founder and Executive Director of The Work Lab, Inc. He is dedicated to helping individuals build the life they want, supported by their work. Previously, Chad was the Senior Director of Workforce Services at the Greater Omaha Chamber, where he led the GROW Initiative, the forerunner to The Work Lab. Prior to that, he served as the Human Resources Director at Chesterman Co. Coca-Cola, focusing on recruitment, employee development, and benefits administration.
