In this workshop, you'll learn about, The Workgroup Leader’s Role in Inclusive Climate Creation Leaders play a foundational role in shaping the climate of inclusion on their teams. Organizations should not stop at getting diverse talent in the door. They must also think about the process whereby managers can engineer inclusive climates that encourage that same talent to stay. Attendees will leave the session to equip their managers better to be purposeful architects of inclusive environments. 

Attendees will be able to: 

•Define critical terms, including workgroup climate, leader, and inclusion. 

•Discuss the role of a workgroup leader in building an inclusive climate. 

•Make a plan for incorporating this new knowledge into management training.
