Affordable housing and transportation are one of the two main barriers for immigrants and refugees to successfully integrate. Some of those barriers include, accessibility,  language,  lack of information, and financial hurdles.

Both Affordable housing and transportation play critical roles in determining their overall health and well-being, sense of security, and provides a base from which resettled refugees and immigrants can seek employment, re-establish family relationships and make connections with the wider community.

Hear from Community Experts  on how they are bridging the gaps on improving communication and education around what resources are available specifically for refugees and immigrants across the state.
