In this session, you’ll learn about a new, free resource to guide your diverse talent attraction efforts. You’ll also hear from a panel of business and community leaders who are working to ensure all Omaha professionals have access to opportunity in the workplace.

Business and community leaders have a key role in creating equitable environments that attract and retain a talented workforce. Join us to get the tools you need.

Meet the Panelists

Darius Christensen: Account Executive with Albireo Energy for the state of Nebraska and also serves as the Greater Omaha Chamber YP council chair.

Meaghan Fitzgerald Walls: President/CEO of Assistology, LLC, which provides Assistive Technology (AT), Rehab Engineering, Accessibility and Universal Design consultation.

David Pollock, MA: Founder and CEO of Code Black, which helps current and future Black, Native American and Latino technologists grow personally and professionally.

Abbi Swatsworth: Executive Director of OutNebraska – a statewide education and advocacy organization that is working to celebrate and empower thriving LGBTQIA+ communities.
