The Josh Place is dedicated to raising funds and providing housing that empowers individuals living with a chronic mental illness. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for adult individuals diagnosed with a chronic mental illness, helping them to achieve their maximum potential for living and overall well-being. We focus on Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF) that provide stability and dignity. Residents will be on a 30% rent model and with no lease and can stay as long as they need.
