I have 30 years of insurance and leadership experience with State Farm. My vast background in claims, process and efficiency automation, liability negotiations, catastrophe handling and agency has enabled me to support customers with a holistic approach. As an Agency Field Leader for 12 years, I had the privilege of assisting over 70 agencies and their team members develop skills to help customers with their insurance needs. However, now I have a wonderful career and that's working directly with customers, helping them to determine the correct insurance plan that fits their needs.
