Established in 1875. 501(C)6 entity organized by and for attorneys in the Omaha metro area. Also have a Lawyer Referral Service, established in 1962, which helps the public get connected with attorneys to answer their legal questions via an initial consultation at a reduced rate of $40 for the first 30 minutes of the consultation.

OBA is a voluntary association of attorneys in and around the Omaha area. The OBA provides social, professional, and CLE events for its members throughout the year. Its purpose is to participate in social action and other programs of public interest which relate to the profession of law and affect the community served by the Association. The OBA also sponsors the Omaha Lawyer Referral Service which is the only bar-sponsored referral service in Omaha.
