Nearly 20 years ago, brothers Aaron and Toby Nelson built Nelson Contracting from the ground up, with nothing but a talent for home improvement and a dream.

After working for others in the roofing business, Toby and Aaron decided to establish their own company with one small 18-square roof under contract, one 20-year-old Ford, some hand tools, no advertising budget, and certainly no money. But that one small asphalt shingle job led to another, then another, until the two brothers realized roofing was in their blood and they would be serving customers for years to come.

Forty years of combined experience later, they are now living their dreams and offer their exceptional services to the surrounding areas with the idea that their customers come first. They and their property repair staff are dedicated to bringing their customers the highest standard of service, combined with the friendliness one can expect when dealing with a family-owned business. Their families live in Seward and Lancaster counties, love their communities, and believe that living life with those they work with and serve is the best way to operate their business and raise their families.
