ICAN successfully helps leaders bring their authentic selves to the workplace and to their leadership. Participants come from across North America, representing varied industries and career levels. Our experiential learning environments use research, leadership assessment tools and practical scenarios to cultivate peer mentoring, creative thinking, and life-long networks. Programs include Defining Leadership, Examining Unconscious Bias, IMPACT: Leading High Impact Teams, Coaching (Individual & Team), Custom Programs, the ICAN Women's Leadership Conference and the 7x7x7 events.
