Aqua-Africa has a mission to provide charitable relief to the people of South Sudan who are in need of access to clean, reliable sources of drinking water, sanitation and electric power in order to spur economic development and to improve the quality of life and the health of the populace.

The organization also has a local program to bridge cultural gaps that exist in the Greater Omaha Nebraska community, helping youth with social and emotional growth through provision of educational programs.
