We’re pleased to welcome Blake Hoogeveen, Co-Owner of MindSet, back for another FAMA session. Many of our HRAM and FAMA members know MindSet as experts in leadership and culture. In addition to that, Blake has been fascinated with the topic of negotiation for years, and as one of the more frugal people you’ll meet, he’s had plenty of real-world opportunities to hone his skills and become a skilled negotiator. Anyone who likes winning or cares about money will find this session worthwhile.
Unlike his last session on culture, Blake is not going to deliver a 45-60 minute speech. Instead, he looks forward to sharing some thoughts on negotiation, as well as helping to facilitate a conversation among attendees – giving attendees a chance to participate in the conversation and learn from one another. The overall goal of the session will be to help you improve their ability to negotiate, both at work and in your personal life.
