Purpose: Oversee the utilization and access of Volunteer Connection, the official American Red Cross volunteer engagement system. Support departments in their knowledge and understanding of Volunteer Connection. 

Location(s): Virtual Assignment 

Reports To: OPS: Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) 

Responsibilities: Serve as a champion of Volunteer Connection

Provide expert support and guidance to Department Volunteer Engagement Leads in the proper and maximized utilization of Volunteer Connection 

Establish an ongoing Volunteer Connection training calendar 

Conduct Volunteer Connection training, using official American Red Cross training materials for volunteers and volunteer supervisors 

Serve as a region Volunteer Connection expert 

Provide data and analysis to supervisor to help maintain accurate information within the database 

Provide leadership and delegation to team members if necessary
