HIGHTOWER REFF LAW is pleased to announce AMIT MUKHERJEE was sworn in at the Nebraska State Capitol in April and is now an Associate Attorney on their family law team.

Amit earned his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law. While in Law School, Amit served as President of the Military Law Society, Vice President of the Wellness Society, was a member of the Jessup International Law Trial Team, the Client Counseling team, the Juvenile Justice Clinic, and was inducted into the International Legal Honor Society, Phi Delta Phi. Amit also holds a certification in Health Law from Creighton University School of Law.

Amit is an active member of the Omaha Bar Association, serving as Vice-Chair of the Young Lawyers' Division and as a member of the Public Service Committee. Amit is also an active member of the Iowa Association for Justice, and the Robert M. Spire American Inns of Court. He has served on the Boards of various local non-profits and has volunteered as a summer camp counselor for the Nebraska Muscular Dystrophy association for 28 years.
