DESCRIPTION:This session\, led by Joleen Hueftle\, will be a presentation of real-world insight with plenty of time for discussion throughout for attendees to share experiences and collaborative ideas for solutions. This session will walk through characteristics of candidates in the early-talent space\, exploiting the disconnect between organizational expectations and candidate desires. Attendees will discuss candidate expectations\, employer expectations\, person-job fit\, relocation\, and tenure of the early-talent/early-career population. This session will dig into potential solutions for organizations to consider to effectively recruit and retain early talent. Joleen Hueftle and attendees will also discuss early talent programs\, pipelining with a purpose\, and how broken our interview processes are. Joleen Hueftle BioJoleen is the Director\, Talent Strategy & Development at Viserion International\, parent company to Viserion Grain\, Western Milling and Elian. With over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition\, she has built a career helping organizations attract\, develop\, and retain top talent. Before joining Viserion\, Joleen spent time as an industry recruitment resource and led Talent Acquisition and Compensation for the U.S. region of Viterra (now Bunge)\, a global leader in commodity trading\, grain storage\, and distribution. Her expertise spans across the country\, with a particular focus on early talent and campus recruitment\, alongside traditional full-cycle organizational hiring.
