WEX Health has a long history in employee benefit administrative services and is the fifth largest Third Party Administrator in the country. Discovery began by offering flexible benefits administration in 1987. In 1994, Discovery implemented COBRA administration as part of its product offering. Transportation Benefit Plans were added in 2003 and Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Health Savings Accounts were added in 2004.
