Mr. Sullivan's practice focuses on real estate transaction, both residential and commercial ranging from buying/selling, new development, condemnations and representation of sanitary improvement districts. His practice also includes business law, including formation of corporation/limited liability companies, buying/selling of ongoing businesses and general business issues.
