In this workshop, the audience will be introduced to improv theater and how the skills can be applied to their personal and professional life!
The story of improv theater as an art form informs how the skills can be used today by professionals to help solve some of the most pressing concerns in their professional lives. The audience will have an opportunity to practice these skills in a low-risk environment, reflect on opportunities to practice these skills in their professional setting, and feel the immediate benefits that come with communicating in this style.
There will also be a discussion about how these skills apply to communication in a group setting and the practice of these skills will cause the people around you to see you as a leader, whether you have an official title or not.
This session will be fun, informative, and provide a framework to develop how you interact with the people in your life, including your own ideas and expression. Say Yes!
Thank you to Omaha Comedy Fest's Team for putting on this workshop!
