YP WEEK EVENT | Meetup at the Air Show

Description

As a part of YP Week, we are attending the Air Show at Offutt Air Force Base to support those that serve our country. We are so excited to spend time supporting the Air Force and connecting with Young Professionals that live across the Greater Omaha Community!

We will meet at 11am by the Sponsors Tent, which is by the bus stop drop off at the event.

Tickets WILL NOT be required for parking or access to the installation. This is a FREE event for the public!!

-Highly suggest ride-share to the bus pickup zones as parking will be limited

-First come, first serve parking

-Busses will provide free transportation to Offutt Air and Space Show


Bus Times:

Busses will operate 8:30 a.m. – Close August 24 - 25

Pickup window for all parking locations ends at 2 p.m.

On Base Parking will be limited to DoD ID Card holders and personnel that present verification of limiting disabilities. Accessible at the following locations:

-STRATCOM Gate located on Capehart Road – Butler Blvd

-Bellevue Gate located on Lincoln Road – Nelson Dr

-On-base bicycle parking will be available to all attendees


This is not our event, we are attending in support. There will be costs for things at the event that you are responsible for if you so choose to partake.

Time

Gates open at 9am. We will meet by the Sponsor Tent at 11am.

The flying performances start at 12pm CST.
