Change is constant, but how we lead people through it determines whether it accelerates progress or stalls potential. In this interactive session, The People Side of Change: Unlocking Power Through People, attendees will explore the emotional, behavioral, and communication-based dynamics that make or break successful change efforts. Erin Aliano and attendees will examine why people resist change, how to respond with empathy and clarity, and what leaders at all levels can do to shift from compliance to commitment. This session goes beyond theory - participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own emotional responses to change and identify specific actions they can take to improve communication, reduce resistance, and build trust within their teams. Together with Erin, attendees will also explore the often-overlooked middle layer of organizations, people managers, and how empowering them as change champions can make the difference between success and stagnation. Whether you're an HR leader, people manager, or professional navigating your own organizational transformation, this session will help you elevate your impact by focusing on what matters most: PEOPLE. Erin Aliano is a seasoned Change Management Leader with over a decade of experience helping organizations and individuals thrive through transformational change. She brings deep expertise in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership development, empowering teams to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. Erin currently leads enterprise-wide change initiatives at a technology company, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the people side of change is thoughtfully planned and successfully executed. She is passionate about storytelling as a leadership tool and brings a grounded, empathetic approach that inspires trust, action, and accountability. In addition to her corporate work, Erin is the founder of a consulting practice focused on building change capability and coaching leaders across industries. Whether coaching executives, facilitating learning cohorts, or guiding system implementations, Erin’s work centers on helping people connect, commit, and succeed through change.
